Ingredients
  

  • 3 large ripe banana
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  • Add the sugar and egg, then mix until well combined.
  • Pour in the melted butter and stir thoroughly.
  • Sift the flour, baking soda, and baking powder into the banana mixture, then mix until just combined—don’t overmix.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone liners and fill each cup about 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
