🍷✨ The ultimate red wine Dutch oven pot roast… fal 🍷✨ The ultimate red wine Dutch oven pot roast… fall-apart tender, rich, cozy, and everything a cold-weather dinner should be. Slow-braised with red wine, garlic, herbs, and hearty veggies for flavor that’s next-level. Your whole kitchen will smell AMAZING.

Ingredients:
	•	3 lb chuck roast
	•	1 onion, diced
	•	4 carrots, peeled
	•	4 celery stalks, chopped
	•	4 garlic cloves, minced
	•	2 cups beef broth
	•	1 cup red wine
	•	2 tbsp tomato paste
	•	2 tsp dried thyme
	•	Salt & pepper, to generously season the roast
	•	2 tbsp olive oil
	•	Potatoes, peeled and quartered

Directions:
	1.	Generously season the chuck roast with salt and pepper.
	2.	Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
	3.	Sear the roast on all sides until browned, then remove and set aside.
	4.	Discard excess oil, then add the carrots, celery, onion, and garlic. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
	5.	Stir in the tomato paste, beef broth, red wine, and thyme.
	6.	Return the roast to the Dutch oven, cover, and cook in a 325°F oven for 3 hours.
	7.	Add the potatoes, cover again, and cook for an additional hour, or until everything is fork-tender.

Ingredients
	•	½ cup butter, melted
	•	2 cups sugar
	•	4 eggs
	•	2 tsp vanilla extract
	•	1½ cups all-purpose flour
	•	¾ cup cocoa powder
	•	½ tsp salt
	•	⅔ cup chocolate chips

Directions
	1.	Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
	2.	In a large bowl, melt the butter and whisk in the sugar until smooth.
	3.	Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
	4.	Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then fold until just combined.
	5.	Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
	6.	Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Top with more chocolate chips if you like. 
	7.	Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
	8.	Let cool completely before slicing and serving.

Note: You can also use a 9×13-inch baking pan for thinner brownies. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 22–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Air Fryer Chicken Tikka Perfection 🔥🍗 Tandoori vi Air Fryer Chicken Tikka Perfection 🔥🍗

Tandoori vibes, air fryer style 🔥 Juicy chicken marinated in yogurt, garlic, ginger, and spices — crisped to perfection in the air fryer. So simple, so good.

Recipe from: @kitchensanctuary 
Chicken Tikka:
🐔 3 chicken breasts (about 500g / 17.5 oz), cut into bite-size pieces
🥣 ½ cup (120g) Greek yogurt (full-fat or thick natural yogurt)
🧄 2 garlic cloves, minced
🫚 1 tbsp minced ginger
🍋 Juice of ½ lemon
🌿 1 tsp ground coriander
🌕 ½ tsp turmeric
🌾 ½ tsp cumin
🌶 1 tsp paprika
🔥 ½ tsp mild chili powder
✨ Pinch of cinnamon
🧂 ½ tsp salt
⚫️ ½ tsp black pepper
💧 Spray oil (about 2 tsp / 10ml) for air frying

Coriander Butter:
🧈 ⅓ cup (90g) salted butter, cubed
🧄 2 garlic cloves, minced
🌿 3 tbsp fresh coriander (cilantro), finely chopped

In a bowl (or freezer bag), combine:
chicken breast pieces + Greek yogurt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and all the spices — coriander, turmeric, cumin, paprika, chili powder, cinnamon, salt & pepper.

Mix well until every piece is coated in the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for extra flavour!) 🔥

Arrange the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer (use skewers if you like — or go without!). You may need to cook in two batches depending on your air fryer size.

Lightly spray with oil and air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook until the edges are slightly charred and the chicken is no longer pink in the center. 

While the chicken cooks, make the coriander garlic butter.
In a small saucepan, melt butter with minced garlic over low heat — just until melted (you can also use the microwave, loosely covered). Stir in fresh chopped coriander (cilantro) 🌿✨

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and brush generously with the warm coriander garlic butter. Serve immediately

	•	1.5 tsp cinnamon 
	•	1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
	•	Pinch of salt

Instructions
	1.	Peel, core, and chop the apples into chunks.
	2.	Add apples, water (or cider), coconut sugar, cinnamon and salt to the slow cooker.
	3.	Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until apples are very soft.
	4.	Mash or blend to your desired consistency — chunky or smooth.
	5.	Let cool, then store in jars or containers in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months.

	3.	Place 1 tbsp cooled apple filling in the center of each square.
	4.	Fold over to seal and press edges with a fork.
	5.	Brush tops with melted coconut oil, butter, or egg wash.
	6.	Bake 15–18 mins until golden and puffed.
	7.	Cool slightly and enjoy as-is or with cinnamon sugar/icing.

	•	¼ cup avocado oil
	•	1 tsp vanilla extract
	•	1 cup fresh apple, chopped
	•	Topping: 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil, 1 tbsp flour, 2 Tbsp coconut sugar, ¼ tsp cinnamon, ¼ cup quick oats

	1.	Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 12-count muffin tin with coconut oil, cooking spray, or liners. Prepare flax eggs and set aside.
	2.	In a large bowl, mix 1 ½ cups flour, 1 cup oats, ¾ cup coconut sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ½ Tbsp cinnamon.
	3.	In another bowl, whisk together flax eggs, apple cider, apple cider vinegar, applesauce, avocado oil, and vanilla extract.
	4.	Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring just until mixed. Fold in chopped apples. Divide batter evenly into muffin tin.

Ingredients
	•	1 ½ tbsp olive oil
	•	2 garlic cloves, minced
	•	1 onion, finely chopped (brown, yellow, or white)
	•	1 lb (500 g) ground beef or half beef/half pork
	•	½ cup (125 ml) dry red wine (or substitute water or beef broth)
	•	2 beef bouillon cubes, crumbled (or granulated bouillon)
	•	28 oz (800 g) can crushed tomatoes (or passata)
	•	2 tbsp tomato paste
	•	2 tsp white sugar, if needed
	•	2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
	•	2 dried bay leaves
	•	2 sprigs fresh thyme (or ½ tsp  dried thyme/oregano)
	•	¾ tsp kosher salt
	•	½ tsp black pepper

Instructions
	1.	Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion, and cook until softened and fragrant.
	2.	Add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
	3.	Pour in the red wine and let it simmer for 1–2 minutes to cook off the alcohol (or skip if using broth/water).
	4.	Stir in the bouillon, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add sugar if needed to balance acidity.
	5.	Lower the heat and let the sauce simmer gently for a minimum of 30–45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened and rich in flavour. The longer it simmers the better!
	6.	Remove bay leaves and thyme sprigs before serving.
	7.	Serve hot over pasta with freshly grated Parmesan and enjoy! 🍝

• 1 ½ cups oat flour
• ½ cup almond flour
• 1 ½ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
• ¼ tsp salt

Wet Ingredients
• 2 large eggs (or flax eggs for vegan)
• ½ cup pumpkin purée (unsweetened)
• 1 cup zucchini, grated & squeezed dry
• ⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 2 tbsp olive oil (or melted coconut oil)
• 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions 👩‍🍳

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ In one bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
3️⃣ In another bowl, combine wet ingredients until smooth.
4️⃣ Gently fold wet + dry together — don’t overmix.
5️⃣ Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
6️⃣ Bake for 45–55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

Ingredients:
	•	2 cups almond flour (packed & leveled)
	•	2 tbsp ground flaxseed
	•	1⅓ cups grated zucchini (well squeezed)
	•	½ cup honey
	•	⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
	•	⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce
	•	1 tsp cinnamon
	•	1 tsp baking soda
	•	½ tsp baking powder
	•	¼ tsp salt
	•	2 eggs

Instructions:
	1.	Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
	2.	Grease or line a mini loaf pan.
	3.	In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, honey, olive oil, and applesauce.
	4.	Stir in the grated zucchini.
	5.	In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
	6.	Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir to combine.
	7.	Let the batter sit for 5–10 minutes.
	•	Too runny? Add 1–2 tbsp more almond flour.
	•	Too thick? Add an extra egg.
	8.	Divide the batter evenly into the mini loaf pan.
	9.	Bake for 25–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
	10.	Let cool completely before removing from the pan.
